And apparently I'm healthy!!
I had a health Screening back in January which said my Cholesterol was 231...not good! So I made a change or two to my diet, and Have been running 6 days a week since then.
The results:
Total Cholesterol: 192
LDL(Bad cholesterol): 109
HDL (Good Cholesterol): 73
Ratio: 2.5
These are awesome numbers!
Also, my resting heart rate is 54...Nice!
